"Dough divider with S/S bowl which can be opened to enable cleaning of endless screws, and a rotating S/S scraper (agitator) to prevent the dough from developing air pockets and blocking the flow of the dough. • 4 extruding nozzles (4 rows across output) with interchangeable adaptors to control product scaling in order to cover different diameter range ~ easy change over. • Dough balls’ weight can be adjusted from 30 up to 170 grs by means of an electronic sensor. • Equal distance between dough balls after cutting and maximum accuracy in weight. •Production rate display • Built-in flour duster with pressing unit. • The front pressing cylinder part is specially designed to protect the hands from reaching the pressing cylinder and dangerous zones. • Augers are fully accessible for cleaning and can be removed out easily for washing and cleaning purposes (Hygiene requirements) • The auger and the hopper are protected by three limit switches in such a way that the divider is shutdown when one of them is open. • The divider can be shut down immediately in case of accident thanks to emergency stops. • Specially designed cover to protect the hands from reaching the knife of the divider. • A perforated cover is placed on the top of flour sifter to eliminate hand injury hazard while putting flour into it. • The moving parts of the divider hopper are covered by stainless steel sheets in order to eliminate the mechanical hazards and provide safety operation • Variable speed motor 3.17 Kw (total power with the intermediate proofer) to enable cutting speed control. • Flour collecting drawer to collect the excess flour. • The augers can be easily removed out for washing purposes ( hygiene requirements ) • Upgraded electric panel: full easy service and maintenance can be executed by any certified electrician"
