Technical Specifications
- Flipping system that enables the baked surface of the pita bread to be visible on both ends of the packed loaves (repositioning upside down)
- Very flexible and easy diameter handling thanks to the adjustable handler
- The loaves should be ordered properly from the cooling conveyors to the stacking machine (to be properly stacked)
- Equipped with a PLC and touch screen panel to control the number of stacked pita bread and to display the quantity of stacked bread
- Conversion system enabling to unify the multiple rows into a single row, permitting the ease of the packaging procedure
- The machine occupies a minimum working space due to the straight aligning system at the end (and not a 90-degree system)
- Pressing device for smoother and easier operation
- A special rejection system is installed at the in-feed machine, preventing defective loaves from being stacked
- During the working cycle, the escape conveyor (the rejection system) will be continuously working if any emergency stops or the cover of the machine is opened; hence, to permit and accumulate the loaves to be further stacked at its later stage
