Can Saltek customize equipment to fit my bakery’s needs?

Yes, Saltek specializes in tailoring equipment and production lines to fit your specific layout, production capacity, and product requirements.

What is the capacity range of your production lines?

Our production lines can handle capacities ranging from small-scale operations to industrial lines producing 4,000 up to 12,000 pieces per hour.

Do you offer compact production lines for small bakeries?

Yes, we have compact solutions like the miniSMART and Compact lines, ideal for bakeries, food service and retail industries with limited space.

Is the machine compatible with different country policies around the world?

Our machines comply with international standards, including ISO and CE certifications, ensuring compatibility with global safety, hygiene, and electrical requirements. Customizable features, energy efficiency, and export-ready documentation make them adaptable to diverse regulatory environments worldwide.

How many workers are required to operate the machine?

It depends on the machine, but generally:

If the machine is equipped with a stacker: 4 persons

If the machine is without a stacker: 6 persons

Support and Maintenance

How long is the warranty provided by Saltek?

Saltek provides a one-year warranty policy.

Do you assist with the design of bakery layouts?

We offer design services to optimize your bakery layout for efficiency and productivity.

Do you offer customer service and after-sales support?

We have a dedicated after-sales department to ensure a smooth installation process, including troubleshooting, spare parts, and remote or on-site assistance. We also provide customer service to address your urgent needs and any complaints promptly.

Do you offer any consultancy?

Our consultants will guide you every step of the way to ensure we provide the best product tailored to your needs.

Are spare parts readily available?

Yes, we maintain an extensive inventory of spare parts to ensure quick delivery and minimal downtime.

Purchasing and Installation

How many days does it take to install the line, and do you offer the proper training?

Depending on the line, the instalment will take approximately 6 to 12 days if every requirement is available. And we offer a comprehensive training for your team to ensure optimal operation and maintenance of the equipment.

Are there any additional installation costs?

The installation cost is included in the quotation.

Who handles the shipment, and what are the shipping fees?

The shipment and shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the shipment is arranged by Saltek upon the customer’s request, we will manage it and inform the customer of the shipment cost.

Can I finance the purchase of Saltek equipment?

We offer flexible financing options. Please get in touch with our sales team to discuss available plans.

Are there any additional costs to be aware of?

If the installation process exceeds 10 days, the customer will be charged for each additional day. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for the technician’s accommodation during that period.

How long is the lead time?

If it is a complete line: it will take 90 days. And if it is pastry equipment (manakish oven, divider…) it will take 30 days.
